This video was produced about 10 years ago. At the time, IBM was confronting the fact that younger workers expected to be able to work with any device, at any time, anywhere. This video was asking potential employees: Are You Ready for the next generation of workers? Will you be able to let them work the way they want to work? It’s funny how relevant it remains today.
The 2 camera shoot was directed and written by Mike Chvany, on location in NYC. After we shot our interviews, we dispatched 2 solo cameramen with small format cameras to capture street scenes and supportive b-roll with our interviewees and add some visual interest.
